Habitat’s Home Ownership Program
Habitat for Humanity strives to provide safe, decent and affordable homes to qualifying families in need. Through our Homeownership Program selected applicants are given the opportunity to build a new home for their family utilizing volunteers and community support. Once the home is complete the family moves in and begins paying a zero-percent interest mortgage set at their affordability. Those house payments go back into helping other families in need.
Overall Requirements
•Demonstrate a Need for Housing
•Be willing to Partner
•Have the Ability to Pay
•Lived in the city limits or worked in Jonesboro, AR for the past year

When the application process is opened please print and fully complete the Application. If you need assistance filling out the documents or have any questions, please contact us. Completed applications will be reviewed by Habitat’s Homeowner Selection Committee and notify you further.
